SERVICES WE OFFER:

Risk Analysis/Assessment

A risk assessment should identify a number of threats that could lead to significant disruption of business operations within your organization. The risk assessment process includes the analysis of threats, opportunities for risk reduction, and existing risk reduction counter-measures applicable to your organization.

Business Impact Analysis

We typically utilize an interview approach that allows us to gather and analyze information regarding your organization.  The interviews will help gather information so that we may identify the following:

  • Critical resources
  • Critical dependencies
  • Critical components and single points of failure
  • Recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives
  • Support facilities/minimum recovery requirements
  • Financial impacts
  • Mission-critical business functions

Disaster Recovery Plan Development

The Disaster Recovery Plan is normally written utilizing information gathered from the Business Impact Analysis process and is based on worst-case disaster scenarios.  The Disaster Recovery Plan will describe the timelines and step-by-step procedures for restoring your organizations mission-critical business functions following a disruption.  It also identifies the activities, resources, and procedures needed to carry out the business functions processing requirements during prolonged interruptions to normal operations.

Business Continuity Plan Development

Testing/Certification of Plans

Testing is the most critical phase of the Disaster Recovery Planning project.  It does not do any good to have a plan in place unless it has been tested and certified.  We perform disaster recovery tests to ensure the steps listed in the Disaster Recovery Plan are accurate and complete.

Testing of the plan can be accomplished using different formats.  Testing options may include checklist testing, structured walk-through tests, simulation testing, and full interruption testing.  A carefully tested plan provides the organization with the confidence and experience necessary to respond to a real emergency.

Business Continuity Strategy Review

This includes performing a review of your current business continuity strategy.  We will provide you with recommendations as to whether the direction you are proceeding in is the correct one or we will provide you with other options that include pros/cons of each along with costs.

Crisis Management Plan Development

This includes the development of a Crisis Management Plan.  It includes step by step actions to be followed by your Emergency Management Team in the event of a crisis.  This also includes how to deal with the media/public.

Emergency Response Procedures

This includes the development of emergency response procedures.  Examples of this includes bomb threat, fire, tornado, emergency evacuation.
